If your clients have active BRO accounts you will periodically find yourself in the position of needing to reset a client’s password. Resetting a client’s password is simple.

First step, go to the “Clients” page and find the client you need to reset the password for.


Once you’ve found the client’s name, click the red edit wheel to the left of their name to open up their profile.

Located on the right side of the page is a button labled “Reset Password”.


Simply click this button and the client will be sent a new password.
