For each reservation, you can see a basic audit trail at any time after it’s created. You can reach a reservation’s audit trail in two ways.
First, you can pull up an audit trail from the main reservation page. Check the box next to the reservation you are looking at and push the audit trail button in the control panel located at the top of the page.
Audit trails can also be reached from within a reservation. Click the “audit trail” button in the upper right corner.
From either of these places, an audit trail window will pop open that looks like this:
Basic Audit Trails can be helpful if you’re trying to recall when a reservation was dispatched, who created a reservation, who sent the client a receipt and other small details regarding that reservation.
