Book Rides Online allows you to see all of your past credit card transactions. To view this information, first go to the “Revenue” page. Next, choose “Card Transactions” in the sub-category.

All of your past card transactions will show up in list format. You can change the dates up in the top right corner to change your search window. By clicking the “View Details” link on the right of each card transaction, you can open up the reservation that each card transaction is linked to. Receipt numbers that show in the list are numbers provided by your merchant account vendor.

You can also make refunds on this page by clicking the gray button to the right of each transaction labeled “refund”. Amounts in yellow with the words “refunded” to the right of them are successfully refunded amounts.
