Book Rides Online allows your clients to have a B.R.O. account, which allows them to sign in and request future reservations, update their contact information and enter billing information safely and securely. There are a few settings that you can control that affect how their accounts work.

To access these options and set them up, first go to the “Company” page. Next, select the “Preferences” tab. Scroll down to the section labeled “Client Portal Options”.

You’ll see two different options that you can turn on. Read the description and if this is a setting that you would like to enable, check the check box to the right of it. Be sure to press save.
